Mercedes-Benz Fairfax Dealers Offer Full-Size Luxury in Mid-Size C-Class
Mercedes-Benz was the star of the 2011 Geneva auto show with the debut of the 2012 C-Class Coupe. The sporty two-door Coupe will be offered at your Alexandria Mercedes C-Class dealership with two engines when the car goes on sale this September, both of which deliver more than adequate performance. The Coupe has many styling cues that mirror that of its sedan sibling, which is a good thing. With a refined exterior, upscale interior and a host of advanced technologies, this performance packed beauty is set to square off against other luxury automakers.
The car will come standard with a 1.8-liter direct-injection turbocharged four cylinder engine that is paired to a seven-speed automatic transmission. The engine puts out 201 horsepower and is estimated to go from 0 mpg to 60 mph in just seven seconds. Despite the surge of power, the Coupe is expected to achieve an impressive fuel economy rating of 24 mpg combined. The Coupe will also be offered at your Mercedes-Benz Fairfax dealership with a 3.5-liter V6 engine that delivers 302 horsepower.
The front of the car features a prominent two-bar grille framed by two chrome louvers that sit beneath the distinctively shaped headlights. A delicately raked roofline creates a sporty appearance which is enhanced by the Coupe's shark fin antenna. Elongated doors and a subtle kink on the rear window create a handsome, refined profile. From the rear, a faux diffuser and swept back LED tail lamps enhance the car's sporty appearance.
The inside of the Coupe gives off an upscale, sporty ambience beginning with the flat bottom, three-spoke steering wheel with controls. The instrument panel features three gauges with a metallic finish and has a clean, orderly appearance as do the consolidated buttons on the dash. Leather upholstery and a choice of brushed aluminum, black ash and matte-finish burl walnut wood give the car an upscale appeal as does the available high-resolution color LCD screen. A slew of driver assist technologies will be available at your Mercedes-Benz dealer including lane guidance, lane-departure warning, an automatic parking aid, blind-spot warning, traffic sign recognition, night vision, cornering lights and cruise control.
The car will come standard at your Alexandria Mercedes C-Class equipped with enough accessories to satisfy any tech-savvy driver. Bluetooth, Sirius weather information, USB interface keyless ignition, xenon headlamps and destination search via Google are some of the features that will be integrated in the C-Class.
