Im in an 11 team roto league and currently im doing pretty bad (9 ot of 11) any suggestions on how to improve would be great thx in advance, the stats are:R,1B,2B,3B,HR,RBI,SB,K,E

is the pitcher swapping strategy good cuz in my league theres no era or whip so it wont effect that but it will affect the w's and l's.

You have some good players on this squad, but the answer is a little difficult to provide without some of the details. I'd suggest that you look carefully at your performance in the league's categories (it looks like a 9x7 league, so that's a lot of categories to keep track of) to see where you are performing well and where you are lagging. Second, look at your league settings. In particular, are there any limits for pitchers? Most leagues have a season-long games started or innings pitched limit. If yours has one, determine how you are doing compared to the total allowed. This week will finish the 7th week out of 26 weeks, I believe, so that is 27% of the season. You should have used about 27% of your innings or starts.
If you are below the correct pace (or your league doesn't have one), then definitely reserve spots for streaming in starting pitchers (as you have done with the Wandy Rodriguez roster spot). If you are ahead of the proper pace, it would be wiser to start your guys against weaker opposition, and not to stream in starters in a roster position.
As far as your team generally - without knowing your performance in each category thus far - you have some slow starters on offense that I'm sure are hurting you (Delgado, Young, for example). I'd like to see you upgrade the OF spot where Wiggington is playing (he's a decent bench player because of his positional flexibility, but nothing more), and perhaps move Blalock as well (he usually fades in the second half).
In terms of your pitchers, I would scout around for a trade for Willis if you can get decent value. I don't think he will perform that well this year - and his ERA shows it to date. Also, keep Freddy Garcia on your bench, or look for something better on the wire. I'm just not a fan.
But you have some good players also - David Wright is great, Manny will hit, Torii has been on fire (he may slip a little, so be willing to trade him if you get a great offer, otherwise keep him), Victorino is a great speed guy, and Matthews is going to be solid. Your pitching looks fairly good also - you have a solid guy in Lowe, and Verlander will give you a good year. Lincecum may have his ups and downs but has loads of potential, and Gorzelanny will do well but may not provide Wins. You have three closers and are playing Carmona in the RP spot. Can you get a fourth closer, keep Carmona and drop W.Rodriguez or F.Garcia (especially if pitching limits are an issue)? I'm just worried that you're too tilted to starting pitchers.
In summary, look carefully at your category performance and league rules. Use that as a guide to make some deals or pick up the best players. There's plenty of time to get back in this thing!
