The Next Catwoman
With everything that has happened to the Christopher Noloan Batman Saga anything is possible for the next movie. Catwoman has been added to the list of characters rumored to be in the next movie There is no proof that there will even be Ms. Kyle in the next Batman, yet huge names such as Cher, Angelina Jolie and Megan Fox are being cast as the next Selina Kyle.
What all of this jabber really means is some major hype for the next batman movie. This may or may not be a good thing because part of the issues that Nolan has with even doing another Batman is that it will have a hard time living up to the hype. With all the extra comotion, Nolan might reject the notion of another film.
For this movie to succeed, it won't need super actors, it already has a pretty good group. It is going to have to keep Christopher Nolan as the Director.
Why do the fans want to see Catwoman in the next movie? Shes A popular figure, Because of this she has been added to most versions of Batman. OF course every hero has to have a special love interest and Catwoman seems to fit right in to the Batman world. She has been played previously by actresses Julie Newmar, Lee Meriwether, and Eartha Kitt who introduced her to a large audience on the 1960s Batman television series and the 1966 Batman motion picture. Michelle Pfeiffer portrayed the character in 1992's Batman Returns. The latest was a Catwoman only film which had Halle Berry as the star.. They most definitely will go a different route with the next girl.
All this being said, the stars mentioned as the next catwoman have not even been signed, most likely not even approached. Plus the fact remains that Catwoman might not even be in the next one. Other actors like Johnny Depp are big time names mentioned to play Nygma. Only time will bring us better clues to the future of Bruce Wayne and the Batman.
